Refund for Remaining Legendaries

The refund for the remaining legendary items could be issued any time.

Refund Calculation Examples

• You have bought 150 legendaries for $5 and have 150 remaining legendaries.
  In this case the full amount of $5 will be refunded upon request.
• You have bought 300 legendaries for $8 and have 180 remaining legendaries.
  In this case the refunded amount will be:
  180 legendaries * price of one legendary ($8 / 300 legendaries) = $4.8

Refund in Case of Account Closure

In case of game account closure, the full amount spent on our services is refunded under the conditions below. The price of the game and expansion is not refunded.

Refund Conditions

1. You confirm to provide any information for our investigation of the account closure.
2. The account was closed due to the use of our service, not due to other reasons.
3. You did not use any hacks, bots or other power leveling services requiring account access.
4. The refund is available within 90 days after the use of the service.
