It sometimes takes more than 5 min to load items

When it happens, is there anything i can do to load them quicker?

On average, the items will appear in 5 minutes after pressing Start Playing.

But sometimes various issues can arise, e.g., connectivity problems, battle.net issues, bot failure. If the items are not loaded, you can conclude that the bot is not currently playing.

• If the problem occurs, we highly recommend waiting (please do not press the Stop Playing button).
• During our office hours, the monitoring system will notify us. We will fix the issue and apply all the required patches.
